World Padel Insider is an online publication about the sport of padel. World Padel Insider brings you the fundamentals of both learning how to play the game and the process of becoming a better padel player.
Our Story
We registered the domain name WorldPadelInsider in 2019. The first articles were published at the beginning of December 2019 with an objective to have the site established with a minimum of thirty articles before the start of the 2020 World Padel Tour season. That objective was achieved with just under two months to spare.
The idea behind World Padel Insider came about completely by chance. We stumbled upon one of the World Padel Tour tournaments on television one Sunday morning over coffee during the second half of 2019. We wanted to get an indication of how long the match would last, so I Googled “How Long Is A Padel Match?” and the only answers I could find were the measurements and dimensions of a padel court.
Later we did a little digging around on the internet and found that the only English language padel blogs that we could find were, in fact, Spanish language blogs that had gone through some sort of translation software to produce English language content.
If we were looking for useful information about padel in English then there would be others too. Our goal at World Padel Insider is to provide the most comprehensive and informative content we can, covering both beginner padel players and those who are more experienced too.
